Redevelopment of the Herzog-Meier Mazda site along SW Tualatin Valley Highway in Beaverton.  The existing showroom building was demolished and replaced with a 2-story showroom building with a double height vehicle lift jewel box display fronting the arterial boulevard.  Additionally, a new pre-engineered metal service building was constructed on site to extend the existing service building operations.  The existing service building was renovated and reclad to meet Mazda’s new design requirements.  With a portion of the sitework occurring in the floodplain, new storm detention areas above and below grade were constructed.
