Axis Design Group was hired to prepare the required documentation to remove the existing oil recycling structure on site to accommodate the construction of a new 1,800-square-foot car wash building serving the adjacent Toyota Service Facility under the same ownership. The project addressed land use requirements for the CG General Commercial zoning and considered necessary site improvements, including stormwater management, water quality and quantity assessments, preliminary civil engineering, and landscaping design.
