The renovation of the existing Kia automotive sales and service facility provided a contemporary brand image through coordinated exterior upgrades, a fully redesigned showroom, and refreshed service areas. Site improvements and new black ACM fascia and signage visually connect the showroom and service buildings, while the showroom façade was streamlined with continuous glazing to enhance transparency. Inside, the showroom was transformed with brighter finishes, new lighting, updated furniture, and a bold red acrylic stripe that loops across the floor, walls, and ceiling, complemented by bronze-framed glass consultation rooms and fully renovated restrooms. Back-of-house spaces received new finishes, lighting, and built-ins to improve functionality. The service building’s reception drive was updated with new paint, lighting, and desks, and the customer lounge was enhanced with new finishes, merchandise displays, a refreshment counter, and upgraded restrooms matching the showroom’s elevated design.
