Axis Design Group was hired to provide architectural services associated with the renovation of the Hogan Cedars Elementary School. The project involved enclosing a covered space adjacent to the existing kitchen to accommodate a new pre-manufactured walk-in freezer. A new foundation was constructed to support the exterior wall and floor, with materials and structural detailing matching the existing school.

In addition to the kitchen expansion, a new covered trash enclosure was constructed on-site, complete with a foundation pad, walls, and roofing consistent with the school’s existing structures. At the main entry vestibule, new security measures were implemented, including a storefront wall and a transaction counter window.
