This project is a tenant improvement of the sales and service drive of an existing automobile dealership. Work includes an interior remodel that reconfigures key customer-facing spaces, including the customer waiting area, the business development center, new vehicle delivery area, and the service reception. Minor changes to the building exterior, including a new “service drive” canopy, new overhead doors and a decorative band for a new vehicle delivery.
