Axis Design Group provided services for a 9,450 S.F. industrial warehouse expansion to the southwest of the current medical manufacturing building. The expansion was a one-story, freestanding pre-engineered metal structure, designed to match the height and aesthetic of the adjacent warehouse. The new warehouse featured a fire wall separation, seismic expansion joint and a fire-rated roll-up door. The site development included construction of a new fenced parking lot and street frontage improvements on three sides of the property.
