This project redeveloped the entire Herzog-Meier Mazda site along SW Tualatin Valley Highway in Beaverton.  The existing showroom building was demolished, along with its connecting exterior service drive canopy between the existing service building.  A new 9,100 sf showroom building with enclosed service drive was constructed, fronting the arterial highway. A separate new 4,600 sf service building was constructed to enlarge the service department.  Additional project scope included partial exterior remodel of the existing service building, new pedestrian plazas, new parking areas throughout and an extensive underground stormwater detention system to address the partial floodplain conditions on site.
