This project is a redevelopment of the Herzog-Meier site along SW Tualatin Valley Highway in Beaverton. The existing showroom building, in the center of the site, is to be demolished, along with its connecting steel canopy. A new showroom building with service reception is proposed, fronting SW Tualatin Valley Highway, in the southeast corner of the site. Additionally, a new service building is proposed in the northwest corner of the site that will service to extend the existing service building. Additional project scope includes partial exterior remodel of the existing service building to remain.

Associated sitework is also proposed, including regrading, upgrades to the stormwater management and treatment facilities, renovated parking areas, modified landscaping, new pedestrian plazas, walkways and site lighting.
