The renovation of the existing building for OB Wines provided a warm, inviting tasting destination that reflects the brand’s character and hospitality. Exterior improvements—including updated parking and landscaping, new windows, and a covered entry portico—establish a welcoming first impression and enhance the building’s connection to its surroundings. Inside, the design creates an atmosphere that is both contemporary and intimate. The new tasting room serves as the focal point of the project, centered around custom built-in casework and a bar top that encourages conversation and exploration. Two new customer restrooms and a compact staff kitchenette, designed to provide comfort and functionality without interrupting the guest experience. Overall, the renovation elevates the building into a cohesive, branded environment where visitors can engage with OB Wines in a relaxed setting.
