Lum’s remodel and addition consisted of  a showroom remodel of the existing showroom with a more efficient layout of the back service area for enhanced customer flow through the service to showroom area providing more open site lines to automobiles on display, We removed some walls and added new walls, added new floor finishes and ceiling finishes, with upgraded lighting to refresh the service customer area to be more elegant along with an upgraded coffee and tea bar for customer convenience. 

The service addition is a new ground up metal building designed to match the design of the existing building, with regards to color, texture and façade rhythm, The new service addition adds ten service bays to the existing service area for a total of 15 service bays.  Additional storage and equipment rooms with an additional restroom, was provided for employee convenience and expansion of service’s needs.
