This project included both interior and exterior demolition, renovation, and upgrades to the existing dealership and surrounding site. Demolition work involved demolishing the existing Nissan Showroom in preparation for a new 9,000 S.F. Showroom. Additional interior work included renovation of the existing Service Department to include a new Express Lane, paint, and LED lighting upgrades. Exterior upgrades for this project required the development of new Public Right-of-Way work for three separate streets.
