This project involved 3 Type 3 Design Review process, with 3 Planning Commission hearings and 1 City Council hearing for an appeal.

• Original Type 3 Design Review application involved winning appeal to retain the existing Tualatin Highway frontage, with the City Council siding with Axis and against ODOT. Project at the point had roof deck parking and green roof amenity area for employees.

• Second & third Type 3 Design Review applications were to revise the approvals and reduce the scope of the project.
