Axis Design Group assisted the development of one of the largest indoor temperature-controlled pickleball facility in Oregon with 12 courts, Axis Design Group provided architectural and land use planning services for this new sports court facility. Located in a former film studio & grocery store building, the project involved a Conditional Use Permit, change of occupancy and minor tenant improvements. The scope of work included new specialized equipment and finishes as well as renderings for business marketing.
