Dean is an accomplished design professional with 25+ years of project management, construction administration and AutoCAD experience. Dean has experience covering multiple project types, including telecommunications, automotive, educational, government, ecclesiastical, PDX airport projects, multi-family, senior housing and commercial tenant improvement projects. Dean has extensive knowledge of zoning and land use requirements of Oregon and Washington, with particular expertise in the Portland, Gresham and Clackamas County areas. He is particularly skilled in meeting client’s programmatic and budgetary needs, consultant selection and coordination, site design, space planning, code review and creating 3D renderings. Dean graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1991. In his free time Dean Volunteers at SnowCap Community Charities and is an avid Oregon Ducks football and Blazers Basketball fan. Dean has a passion for vintage and exotic vehicles and attends most local hot rod & car shows.
