This project is a tenant improvement of the sales and service drive of an existing automobile dealership. Work will include an interior remodel redefining customer waiting, business development center, new vehicle delivery and service reception. Minor changes will be made to the building exterior including; new “service drive” canopy, new overhead doors and decorative band for a new vehicle delivery.
