Site work included select parking lot, drive loop, and sidewalk replacement, along with new site and entry lighting coordinated between Architectural, Civil, and Electrical disciplines. Upgrades to the main entry vestibule including new exterior doors, a new interior storefront wall, and pathways for an updated access control system, including cameras and controlled openings in coordination with the district’s security consultant. Interior work also included alterations to the main office, such as a new transaction counter window and coiling counter door, redesigned reception counter, and an upgraded administration entry door.
Additional improvements focused on building performance and maintenance needs. Select exterior single-pane wood windows were replaced to improve durability and energy efficiency. The project also addressed auditorium ceiling repairs to restore integrity and appearance.
