New hotel for Oregon-based developer with the Marriot-Fairfield Inn & Suites franchise. Building included 78 guestrooms, as well as a pool and continental breakfast area. Scope of work included Land Use/ Master Plan, corporate design approval and coordination of Design Build MEP contractors through the design, construction and close out phases.
