Renovation of entry as well as tenant improvements throughout the interior spaces of East Hill's children's center. The focus was on designing a series of Interior building facades at a child's scale. The goal was to create a fun and interactive environment for children and families that resembled the streets of "Small Town", USA. The project scope included 13,000 S.F. of tenant improvements .
