A new assisted living care and senior living facility that will be constructed on the existing Courtyard Fountains campus in Gresham, Oregon. The facility is designed to incorporate 44 Assisted Care living units and 15 Senior Living condos. The total building and site area, including the parking garage is in excess of 125,000 square feet.
