Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1993, Tim is a licensed Architect in both Oregon and Washington with over 15 years experience in the field. For the past nine years he has owned and operated Axis Design Group. In addition to his passion for excellent design and service, Tim strives to take an active roll in the community that he lives in, and for the past 10 years has served on various councils and committees including the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, the East Portland Chamber of Commerce, and the East Hill Church Council.

As an architect for the last 30 years Lynn has acquired a great deal of diverse professional experience. Graduating with a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Arkansas, Lynn is currently a registered Architect in eighteen states. As an entrepreneur Lynn not only has experience in all phases of project management and execution, but also in the areas of business management, marketing, and business development.

Greg is registered as a Structural Engineer in Oregon, Washington, California and Wyoming. He received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology. With 32 years of experience in designing structures of all types, his projects have ranged from hospitals to schools to multi-residential facilities. He has designed structures using all major building materials; including concrete, masonry, steel, and light frame construction using light gauge steel or wood. Greg is involved with the Structural Engineers Association of Oregon, serving one year as President.

With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Merchandise Management from Oregon State University, Nicole became a part of the Axis design team right out of school and has been with the company for 4 years. Since then, she has been able to gain experience in the field of retail/commercial interiors with specific expertise in developing practical yet aesthetic spaces that benefit both the client and the end user. She involves herself in a variety of groups throughout the design community in order to keep a growing knowledge and stay current with trends and developments.

James graduated with a Bachelors in Architecture and a minor in Community Development from Portland State University and a Masters of Architecture from University of Oregon. He has managed a variety of projects ranging from medical facilities to auto dealerships. James has used his combined project experience, extensive product and code knowledge, and an ability to manage and facilitate communication with the client to successfully manage many projects through completion.

Nate has been in the construction and architecture industries for about 10 years and has obtained an acute sense of detail for design and construction in a variety of project types.In addition to a strong architectural background, he is a skilled draftsman and experienced in graphic illustration and 3D computer modeling. Nate is currently a LEED Accredited Professional, and seeking his architecture license in the state of Oregon while managing a variety of project types. Nate keeps himself immersed in the architecture community through a variety of professional affiliations such as Architects Without Borders Oregon, and the Vision Into Action Coalition.
