Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1993, Tim is a licensed Architect in both Oregon and Washington with over 15 years experience in the field. For the past nine years he has owned and operated Axis Design Group. In addition to his passion for excellent design and service, Tim strives to take an active roll in the community that he lives in, and for the past 10 years has served on various councils and committees including the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, the East Portland Chamber of Commerce, and the East Hill Church Council.

As an architect for the last 30 years Lynn has acquired a great deal of diverse professional experience. Graduating with a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Arkansas, Lynn is currently a registered Architect in eighteen states. As an entrepreneur Lynn not only has experience in all phases of project management and execution, but also in the areas of business management, marketing, and business development.

With a Master's Degree in Architecture from Portland State University, Steven joined the AXIS team 5 years ago. He utilizes his eye for design, a passion for sustainability and an acute sense of detail to manage every stage of a project from the earliest schematic drawings through construction administration. Steven has experience on numerous educational, commercial, and retail projects as well as deep knowledge of jurisdictional code requirements. In addition to his background, Steven also has qualifications in graphic illustration and 3D computer modeling.

With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Merchandise Management from Oregon State University, Nicole became a part of the Axis design team right out of school and has been with the company for 4 years. Since then, she has been able to gain experience in the field of retail/commercial interiors with specific expertise in developing practical yet aesthetic spaces that benefit both the client and the end user. She involves herself in a variety of groups throughout the design community in order to keep a growing knowledge and stay current with trends and developments.

Arlen oversees the office operations at the firm including accounting, human resources and marketing. Arlen has an extensive background in the A/E/C industry. Arlen brings a fresh approach to the daily operations with over 18 years experience. Six of the years being in an architectural design studio setting.
